The environment is important for you and for us. Thus we do our best to make use of environmental friendly materials as much as possible. However, unlike popular belief, while PLA is technically biodegradable, it's not accurate to say it's easily or readily biodegradable in all environments. PLA's biodegradability is highly dependent on specific conditions, particularly temperature and the presence of specific microorganisms.

The resins which are used for our miniatures and most of our dice are not biodegradable.

During our production process we make sure to properly dispose rest products to prevent further environmental impact.

Mythic Loot is a small, privately owned company. We do not have or keep large quantities of stock and most or our items are produced on demand.

When an item is already in stock, we aim to ship it between 1 and 3 business days. When an item is not in stock, we still aim for the same timeframe, but this depends on the amount of orders we have and how long your order takes to produce. Please read the product description carefully. It will give you information about the expected production and shipping timeline. If you order something for a special occasion and really need it before a certain date, please send us an email. We're always happy to help out.

Yes, we'll always send you an order and shipping confirmation containing the track and trace link. This link becomes active no later than 24h after we have handed over your order to our carrier.

Yes, if you're from the Netherlands then it is possible to pickup your order at our shop. Chose this option during checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup and we'll discuss a date and time to make sure someone is there to help you with your order.

At the moment we accept iDeal, paypal and creditcards. For a custom order, we'll send a project proposal and a hand made invoice once the proposal has been accepted. This invoice will need to be payed within 14 days.
