
Shipping & Return Policy
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items (such as personalized dice towers or limited edition products) may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer both domestic and international shipping, with estimated delivery times as follows:

Domestic (NL): 1–3 business days

EU: 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs delays, courier service, and location.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mythic Loot is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
Returns
We accept returns on most non-custom, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
To start a return, contact us at returns@mythic-loot.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
